2012-01-29 Senglanada 2012


 Sabéis que es mi primera prueba oficial. 14 euracos del ala (de prestao, porqué no llevaba dinero y me lo han dejado carabelas y jallll, ains).


Un frío de 3 pares de cojones, en mayúsculas. Se ha cumplido el horario perfectamente y a las 8:10 estábamos inscritos. Hasta las 9:00 nos hemos quedado hechos unos cubitos. Yo llevaba térmica, camiseta decathlon, jersey dh y chaqueta y estaba pelado de frío. Además una hora sin pedalear a la fresca te deja tieso. Todo blanco de escarcha y el valle donde transcurria la prueba todo con
niebla. Bonito mucho pero helado.

Los primeros 12,5 km, hasta el primer abituallamiento me han dejado indiferente. ni chicha nilimoná, no era ni todo para arriba ni todo parabajo, ni bajadas muy técnicas, ni subidas muy técnicas... vamos sin pena ni gloria. Para colmo de males no había dado al botón de grabar al gps. era un rompepiernas absoluto pero le falta algo, no sé. Yo tampoco iba fino, iba delante pero sin flow y no aprovechábamos las inercias y se nos ha hecho eterno, sobre todo a mí. Jallll y yo veníamos comentando que ni protes ni 160, que eso con la canyon y la rígida hubieramos ido mucho mejor.



Los segundos 10 km han sido espectaculares. Subidas cortas e intensas y mucho endureo. El suelo estaba perfecto, tierra con retenencia y la roca también estaba muy bien. Yo le he tirado a todo menos a dos pasos muy concretos. Uno lo veía, lo he estudiado y podía haberle tirado, pero tenía muy mala caída y he decidido no tirarle... pero lo veía, eh? si lo hubiera visto trazar a alguien creo que me hubiera animado. El otro tramo era complicado y un poco más largo y ya estaba cansadete de manos. Pero el resto le he tirado a todo, a la primera o tras estudiarlo y remontarlo. No eran bajadas muy largas pero si intensas y los dos hemos llegado a "frenar" con el culo.

A mitad de este segundo tramo me han cogido rampas en las rodillas (3 en cada rodilla) y le he dicho a jallll "se acabó" pero luego se me han pasado y he notado que "volvía" y me volvía a sentir más entero. A jallll le ha ocurrido al revés y ha sufrido mucho en las subidas de esta segunda parte. Había tramos de patear y eso también nos rompía mucho. Al final hemos llegado al segundo habituallamiento... cuando estaban recogiendo y directamente nos han dicho que nos subieramos al coche. que aún quedaba mucha tela y era muy tarde.

Cuando hemos llegado al parking quedaban pocos coches y también estaban recogiendo pero etoo ý carabelas se habían quedado a ver como nos había ido y jallll se ha vuelto a encontrar a unos aragoneses y hemos lavado las bicis y tal y tal...

A pesar de tener el honor de ser el ULTIMO clasificado de la senglenada 2012 y haberme saltado 10 kms no puedo dejar de estar contento: bajando he disfrutado un montón, con seguridad salvo cuando me ha podido el cansancio. No hemos cambiado a la senglenada "pista" ni una vez, los 20 km de senderos duros de narices. Además tengo excusa para volver, porqué esto no lo vamos a dejar así, verdad?. Tengo un problema de forma física claro: a 5 km/h es difícil hacer salidas de más de 20 km, pero eso es otro tema.

jallll dice que no va a volver, pero ya le he dicho que se olvide. El año que viene caen 25 km o la acabamos. No es negociable. Yo creo que si hubieramos llevado una liebre con un poco más de ritmo pero un ritmo que hubieras podido seguir hubieramos acabado la prueba.
